I’m teaching a retreat August 9-11 at Bethel Farm, Hillsborough, NH! It’s going to be wonderful and feature a kirtan, yoga with Stephen, an amazing Jiva teacher, and lots of workshops with myself. All at beautiful Bethel Farm! bethelfarm.org

I’m co-teaching a retreat March 15-25, 2014 at beautiful Basunti in North India with Kate O’Donnell. It’s paradise there and a great way to see rural India. We’ll visit Dharamsala, home of the Dalai Lama, do tons of yoga, study Ayurveda and relax by the pool, look for fruit bats, swim in the lake and eat the best Paalak dhal ever. www.basunti-yoga-india.co.uk
